2 whole lobster tails 1/2 (12 fluid once) can beer Directions Bring the beer to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium to high heat.  If lobster tails are still in the shell, split the shell lengthwise first using scissors and run through with a skewer so the tail doesn't curl.
